PHE SA (Pty) Ltd has been announced as the Sole Agent for the Kelvion-branded Plate Heat Exchanger products in South Africa, Africa, Madagascar and Mauritius. The product range is well known by our Design Engineers and Technical Support Team.  The PHE SA Team supports Kelvion on a Technical Consultancy Basis on the design of units, as well as any Technical assistance which may be required with regards to material selection and upgrade of existing units.

Services:

We offer on-site as well as Service Centre services, including the following:

Services of Plate Heat Exchangers, including Steam Jetting of transfer areas, Ultra Violet Dye-Pen Testing of the plates, visual inspection for any distortion of gasket channels and pitting, replacement of gaskets and plate packs, installation and assembly of the units, PER conformity and pressure testing of units, (including the cooperation with the customer’s preferred Third Party AIA Inspectors). Root Cause Analysis failure/problem identification and recommendations to prevent future failures, as well as the assistance with Maintenance Staff Training Programs.

Technical Support

Our Design Engineers and Technical Support Team can assist companies with fault finding and route cause analysis of process and equipment issues over the full spectrum of heat exchange equipment, including the supply of technical design expertise, supply of capital equipment as well as after market support, through out South Africa, Africa, Madagascar and Mauritius.  All our equipment will comply with and conform to the latest Pressure Vessel design codes, including, but not limited to PED, ASME, PER and SANS347.

Maintenance Support

Our support teams are guided under the expertise of our Design Engineers and Technical Support Team.   All work carried out on site and in the Service Centre is done professionally.  The support teams can mobilise within 72 hours, however, in case of an emergency – IMMEDIATE mobilisation will be possible!
